All tunnels come with a standard one year manufacturers warranty against defects. We handmake each & every tunnel in a large warehouse in Kingman, Arizona.  Most all orders are custom orders because of the different sizes & different colors choices we offer. Please allow 2-6 weeks for delivery of your tunnel.

Returns - Prior to returning any orders, shipping authorization must be obtained via our shipping dept and pictures showing the defect area must be submitted.
